SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

To Cancel your order, please contact us straight away after purchase with your Order number and we will issue you a refund. If your order has already been Fulfilled then we will not be able to cancel your order.

If you've made a Mistake with your order please Contact us straight away and we will do our best to fix this.

If your order has already been Fulfilled and Shipped out then we will not be able to make any changes.

 

CHANGES OF ADDRESS AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED

Please make sure you've entered the correct address at the check out, if you've made a Mistake please Contact us Straight away. So we can resolve this before shipment. 

 

SIZING

For information on the sizing of our products, please read our Size Guide.

We are also more than happy to help with any sizing queries.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation, shortly after you've placed your order. Please Review your order Confirmation and Contact us if you see any errors.

 

ORDER STATUS

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

PAYMENT

We currently accept payments by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard.

If there are any problems with payment, we will contact you to sort this before shipping your item.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Please note that all our items are Checked for any Manufacturer faults before they are sent out. 

We are not responsible for Damaged, Lost or Stolen parcels.

If your item has arrived Damaged, or has been Lost/Stolen this will be on behalf of the delivery company, and you will have to contact The courier regarding your concerns.
